Born on 10 March 1982, in Łapy, a small town in the east of Poland, Mioduszewski moved to the USA when he was 14 years old, living in New York and California. After 16 years working as a carpenter, jeweller and in many other professions, he returned to Poland and worked on a cargo ship. Five years ago, he moved to Iceland with his wife, Ewa. They live in Poland and in Vopnafjörður in the north-east of the island.
